In August I pollinated a flower of Hippeastrum yungacense with pollen from a Hybrid reticulatum x (papilio x bukasovii). The seed pod has opened now and released very large Seeds that seem to be good. I have sown the best 12 seeds immediately and placed the pot on a window sill of the home office room.

My winter hardy Fuchsia (probably Mrs. Popple) had to move again to a new location this spring, because the old pavilion giving shade to the plant was removed and the Fuchsia suddenly got full sun during many hours of the day. As every year it reaches its best status with most flowers shortly before the first frost will kill the parts above the ground.
